Terms of Service

These Terms cover the OpenerLine website, founding-shop applications, and the optional OpenerLine Lead Alerts SMS program described below. OpenerLine is operated by NOWNOW in the Republic of Korea ("we," "us").

1. Founding-shop applications

OpenerLine is a planned AI phone answering service for garage door businesses. The founding pilot is in development. Website examples illustrate the planned service; they are not records of live customer activity.

Submitting an application requests a discussion about the pilot. It does not guarantee acceptance, activate phone answering or SMS delivery, start a subscription, or authorize a charge. We will confirm availability, scope, and any pilot or paid-service conditions with you before activation.

2. Your responsibilities

• Apply for a business you own or are authorized to represent.
• Provide accurate business and contact information, including a mobile number you control if you request SMS enrollment.
• Use application notes for information about your own business rather than personal information about your customers.
• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material.

3. Optional text message program

The SMS program is not active yet. Selecting the separate checkbox on the application requests enrollment. Messages begin only after the program is active and your pilot account is enrolled.

• Program: OpenerLine Lead Alerts.
• Description: Lead summaries and account notifications for enrolled garage door business owners and staff. This program does not send messages to your customers or send promotional messages.
• Frequency: Varies with call volume and account activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Once messages begin, reply STOP to stop receiving program messages. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. You can also withdraw an enrollment request before messages begin by emailing hello@openerline.com.
• Help: Once messages begin, reply HELP. You can contact hello@openerline.com at any time.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying or making a purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information and consent records.

4. Pricing and future service

Applying is free. The founding offer shown on the website is a proposed offer for accepted shops. An application alone does not create a payment obligation or a recurring subscription. Before you activate any pilot or paid service, we will provide the applicable service conditions, pricing, billing and cancellation details, and privacy information for your review.

5. Your information

Our Privacy Policy describes the information collected through the website and application form, how we use it, and how to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of SMS enrollment.

6. Changes

We may update these website and program Terms. We will post the current version here with its effective date and communicate material changes to enrolled participants.
